摘要 利用水力喷涌原理,开发了一种低张力并具有松弛回缩功能的染色机,适用于高弹力针织物的染色加工。低张力不仅可以减少对弹力纤维在高温下的损伤,而且还可提高织物的尺寸稳定性。采用"U"形导布管,可延长织物全浸没过程的时间,充分释放织物中的内应力,减少后续绳状加工过程中可能产生的折痕以及织物变形。喷涌式作用能够保证织物在低浴比条件下获得传统高浴比时的浸泡式效果,具有显著的节能降耗功效,可满足弹力织物低张力染色的品质要求。 A kind of dyeing machine with low tension and relaxation retraction function is developed by using hydraulic surge principle, which can be used for dyeing of high elastic knitted fabrics. Low tension can not only reduce the damage of elastic fiber at high temperature, but also improve the stability of fabric size. Adopting of "U"-shape cloth guider can prolong the full immersion time of fabric, fully release the internal stress of the fabric, and reduce the crease and deformation of fabric usually occured in the subsequent rope process. Spewing effect can ensure the fabric dyeing in low bath ratio the same immersion effect of traditional high bath ratio process. This has remarkable energy saving property, and can meet the requirement of dyeing quality of stretch fabric at low tension.
