绣球菌工厂化栽培优良菌株的筛选研究 被引量:2

摘要 观察不同绣球菌菌丝培养特性和出菇情况,筛选获得优良的栽培菌株。比较不同绣球菌菌株菌丝生长情况、子实体农艺性状和产量情况,其中绣12菌丝生长势最佳,生长速度快,生长周期短,子实体农艺性状佳,产量高,平均单产量为198.4 g。试验结果表明绣球菌菌株绣12为优良栽培菌株。 To obtain Sparassis crispa strains suitable for cultivation, the mycelial growing states, fruiting body morphology and yields of several S. crispa strains were compared. The results showed that Xial2 presented the best cultivation properties, such as good growing state of mycelium, faster growth rate, shorter growth cycle, good agronomic trait for fruiting body, high yield and average yield for single cultivated bag being 198.4 g. Therefore, Xiul2 was a fine strain.
