稻麦秸秆隧道式发酵双孢蘑菇基料关键技术的研究 被引量:7

摘要 稻麦秸秆隧道式发酵双孢蘑菇基料可有效构建生态农业的循环模式,解决秸秆造成的环境污染问题。结合扬州地区的实际条件,建造了4条一次发酵槽,2条二次发酵隧道,单条生产线一次可以生产双孢蘑菇基料80 t。研究了发酵场区选址、场区布局、基础设施、配套设施、一次发酵和二次发酵技术等,设置了稻草、麦秸为主要原料不同配比的3个配方,测定了不同处理基料一次发酵后、二次发酵后的水分、pH值、含氮量、C/N等技术参数,结果表明发酵后基料中水分、pH值、含氮量、C/N等技术参数均符合双孢蘑菇发酵后基料的理化指标,为双孢蘑菇基料隧道式发酵提供理论依据。 The base stock of Agaricus bisporus of the rice and wheat straw stalk fermentation can be effectively constructed the recycling mode of ecological agriculture and solved the environment pollution problem caused by straw stalk. Based on the actu- al conditions in Yangzhou area, four fermentation tanks, two secondary fermentation tunnels and the single production line were constructed to produce 80 tons of Agaricus bisporus base stock at a time. The especial location of fermentation, area distribution, infrastructure, supporting facilities and the fermentation technology of first and secondary fermentation were studied, while straw, wheat straw as the main raw materials of different proportion of three ingredients were set up. The moisture, pH, nitrogen content and ratios of C/N and other technical parameters of different base stock were measured after first fermentation and secondary fermentation. The results showed that moisture, pH, nitrogen content and ratios of C/N and other technical parameters were all met the physical and chemical indicators of A. bisporus after fermentation, for providing the theoretical basis for fermentation of A. bisporus makings tunnel.
