摘要
结合工程实例,采用特制钢纤维、高性能复合掺合料等原材料进行配合比设计,通过混凝土配合比正交试验,以混凝土施工性能和力学性能作为评价指标,优化了砂率、水胶比、胶凝材料用量、钢纤维掺量等影响因素。试验结果和工程应用表明,特制钢纤维能显著提高混凝土的抗折强度,高性能复合掺合料能改善拌合物的粘聚性,按照砂率为41%,水胶比为0.30,钢纤维体积掺量为2.5%,胶凝材料用量为630 kg/m^3的配合比,能够配制出抗折强度达到20 MPa的超高抗折钢纤维混凝土。
Based on the engrueering application, by use of special steel fiber, high performance composite admixture of raw materials for the mix design of concrete mix, and the construction properties and the mechanical properties of concrete are used as the evaluation index by means of orthogonal test, the influence factors of sand ratio,water cement ratio, the amount of cementitious material,steel fiber content are optimized. The experimental results and engineering application show that special steel fiber can significantly improve the flexural strength,and the high performance composite admixture can improve the mixture cohesion. The sand ratio is" 41%,the water cement ratio is 0.30,the steel fiber volume fraction is 2.5%,th6 amount of cementitious materials is 630 kg/m3, such mix can prepare ultra high flexural strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete with flexural strength of 20 MPa.
