采用成熟度理论预测海工混凝土抗压强度 被引量:3

摘要 混凝土由于水化温升的影响,结构内部温度与试验室标准养护或同条件养护下留样混凝土试块温度存在较大差别,因此采用留样混凝土强度作为实体构件的抗压强度可能存在较大误差。介绍了采用成熟度理论预测水下封堵用混凝土抗压强度的方法。现场结果表明:与留样相比,采用成熟度理论预测混凝土强度能更加准确地反映混凝土实际抗压强度。 Because of hydration temperature rise,the ioterior temperature of the structure concrete has significant different from the concrete under laberatory curing environment or the same cunng condition, thus cause a discrepancy of the compressive strength between the entity concrete and the reserved sample concrete. Maturity theory was recommended in detail to estimate compressive strength of underwater mass concrete. The results show that maturity theory was more accurate to reflect the actual strength of concrete compared with specimen.
