摘要 以细观力学理论为基础,应用微分法求解橡胶粉混凝土的弹性常数,计算了掺不同粒径橡胶粉水泥混凝土在不同橡胶粉体积掺量条件下的等效弹性常数,通过计算结果与试验结果进行了比较和误差分析,及橡胶粉水泥混凝土的弥散增韧机理研究。从橡胶粉掺量、试件成型和橡胶粉水泥混凝土微观构造3个方面分析误差产生的原因,并分析橡胶粉水泥混凝土的压折比的变化规律。通过比较理论解和试验数据得知,二者吻合较好,证明利用细观力学理论的微分法求解橡胶粉混凝土弹性常数是一种可行并有效的方法,分析得知,橡胶粉体积掺量为2.4%是保持橡胶粉水泥混凝土各项优异力学性能的关键掺量。 The elastic constants for rubberized concrete were investigated based on the micromechanics theory by means of differentiation method,and the equivalent, elastic constants of rubberized concrete with different particle sizes were calculated under the condition of several volume contents. Throngh the comparison and error analysis between calculated results and experimental data, the dispersion toughening mechanism of rubberized concrete were studied. This paper analyzed the cause of error from three aspects, which were rubber powder content,specimen molding, and microcosmic structure respectively. And the change law of bend to press ratio of concrete is also researched. In conclnsion, by comparison the theoretical calculation and experimental results available have a nice consistency, which shows that differential method is a feasible and effective way to predict the elastic constants of rubberized concrete, and the excellent mechanical property index of rubberized concrete could keep stable when the volume fraction is 2.4%.
