摘要
回收城市道路废弃水泥混凝土路面板块破碎成级配合理的再生集料,并利用发泡沥青温拌技术将其配制成温拌SMA混合料。通过与天然玄武岩集料温拌SMA混合料和热拌SMA混合料的对比试验,研究了路面废弃水泥混凝土再生集料温拌SMA混合料的路用性能。结果显示,路面废弃水泥混凝土再生集料温拌SMA混合料的路用性能指标符合JTG F40—2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》要求。
The recycled waste cement concrete pavement slab is erushed into recycled aggregate of reasonable gradation and warm SblA mixture is prepared by recycled aggregate and foamed asphalt by warm mix technology. The pavement performance of reeyeled aggregate warm SMA mixture was studied through the contrast experiments of natural basalt aggregate warm SMA mixture and hot SMA mixture. The results show that the road performance index of pavement waste cement eonerete recycled, aggregate warm SMA mixture, can meet the speeifieation requirements of JTG F40-2004"Technical Speeifications for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavement".
