摘要
以非晶态铝酸钙矿物C_(12)A_7、硫酸钠、二水石膏、偏铝酸钠为原材料制备一种非晶态铝酸钙系低碱粉体速凝剂,研究了该速凝剂的性能及对不同种类水泥和矿物外加剂适应性和与不同种类减水剂的相容性。结果表明,当速凝剂在水泥中掺量为3.5%~5.0%时,各项性能指标均符合JC 477—2005合格品的要求;当速凝剂在水泥中掺量为4.0%~4.5%时,各项性能指标均符合JC 477—2005一等品的要求;非晶态铝酸钙系速凝剂作为水泥基矿物型速凝剂与水泥和矿物外加剂具有良好的适应性,且与萘系和聚羧酸高效减水剂具有良好的相容性。
An amorphous calcium aluminate based low alkali powder accelerator was prepared by using amorphous calcium aluminate mineral C12A7, sodium sulfate,dihydrate gypsum and sodium aluminate. The performance of the accelerator, the adaptability of the different types of cement,mineral admixtures and the compatibility of the different types of water reducing agents were studied. The results show that when the content of the accelerator in cement is 3.5%-5.0%, the performance meet the requirements of JC 477-2005 qualified products,when the content of the accelerator in cement is 4.0%-4.5% ,the performance meet the requirements of JC 477-2005 first-class products:amorphous calcium aluminate based accelerator as a cement-based mineral admixture,has good adaptability with different kinds of cement and mineral admixtures, and has good compatibility with naphthalene and polycarboxylate superplasticizer.
