三聚氰胺减水剂的合成与性能研究

摘要 根据三聚氰胺减水剂合成机理,以三聚氰胺、甲醛、氢氧化钠、浓硫酸、乙二醇为原料,合成WS-SM型三聚氰胺减水剂。试验结果表明,当n(磺酸基)∶n(三聚氰胺)∶n(甲醛)=2.0∶1.0∶3.5,磺化温度稳定在90℃,p H值控制在12;缩合温度控制在60℃,p H值控制在5左右时,合成的三聚氰胺减水剂分散性最佳。此工艺合成的三聚氰胺减水剂在减水率、存放时间、相容性、性能的稳定性优于市售同类减水剂。 Based on the. synthesis mechanism of melamine water reducing agent, WS-SM melamine water reducing agent was synthesized by taking melamine and formaldehyde,liquid alkali,sulfuric acid and glycol as raw materials. Test results show that when the dosage of melamine and formaldehyde mol ratio is 1.0:3.5;compesite sulfonating agent and melamine tool ratio is 2.0:1.0, stable temperature at 90℃,the pH control at 12:condensation temperature control at 60℃,the pH control at about 5,the obtained melamine water reducing agent has the best dispersibility. The water reducing rate, storage time, compatibility, and stability of per- formance of the melamine water reducing agent obtained by this synthesis process are superior to that of the existing melamine wa- ter reducing agent available on the market.
