摘要
研究了固化剂、稀释剂、消泡剂、偶联剂用量,填料配合比及原材料混合方式等因素对环氧砂浆抗折强度的影响,并制备了高抗折环氧砂浆。试验结果表明,当m(环氧树脂)∶m(固化剂)∶m(稀释剂)∶m(消泡剂)∶m(偶联剂)∶m(水泥)∶m(细砂)∶m(粗砂)=100∶27∶10∶1.5∶3∶150∶140∶210时,制备的环氧砂浆抗折强度最高,为35 MPa。
Effect of the dosage of the curing agent,diluent, defoaming agent, coupling agent and the proportion of fillers, mixing method of the components on the flexural strength of the epoxy mortar was studied. And high flexural strength epoxy mortar was prepared. Results showed that the epoxy mortar acquired its highest flexural strength when the mass ratio of the epoxy resin, curing agent, diluent, defoaming agent, coupling agent, cement, fine sand and coarse sand was 100:27 : 10 : 1.5:3 : 150:140:210. The highest flexural strength is 35 MPa.
