脊髓损伤(SCI)残疾人乒乓球运动员的功能特点与分级结果

The functional characteristics and classification results of the athletics with spinal cord injury(SCI) in the Para Table tennis

目的:通过分析脊髓损伤(Spinal Cord Injury,SCI)残疾人乒乓球运动员的分级结果,归纳其与功能、运动特点及日常活动能力(activities of daily activities,ADL)的关系。方法:针对24例脊髓损伤运动员参加残疾人乒乓球比赛案例,根据国际残疾人乒乓球联合会分级规则,分级师进行医学和功能分级,并观察运动员特征性的功能状态。结果:脊髓损伤平面决定了乒乓球运动员功能障碍情况、技能和相对应的ADL功能,分级规则可以准确反映各级别差异。结论:脊髓损伤运动员的功能障碍和其乒乓球技能相对吻合,分级师了解残疾人乒乓球运动员技能特征是准确分级的基础。

Objective： To analyze the classification results of the players with spinal cord injury （SCI） in the Para table tennis and to summarize its relationship with function, characteristics and ADL. Methods： Classified the 24 players who are with spinal cord injury to participate in Para table tennis competition, by classifier team according to the Para international table tennis federation classifica- tion, and observe the medical and function classification, and functional status characteristics of the player. Results： The level of spinal cord injury determine the players＇ dysfunction, table tennis skills and function corresponding to ADL, and classification rules are able to response difference of each class accurately. Conclusion： Dysfunction of the players with spinal cord injury （SCI） relatively consistent with table tennis skills, and classifiers＇ understanding of their skill characteristics is the basis of accurate classification.
