护理专业实践模型在磁性医院建设中的应用

Implementation of nursing professional practice model in magnet hospital construction

目的探讨护理专业实践模型在磁性医院建设中的应用效果。方法成立护理专业实践模型核心小组,基于磁性标准实施护理专业实践模型。包括:引导一线护士主动参与护理管理与决策、实行责任制整体护理、开展多学科合作、构建健康工作环境、保障护士的职业发展、全面培育护理文化。结果经过2年的应用,本院实习生录用率从50.20%增加至72.30%(χ2=22.879,P<0.05),护理不良事件的发生率、护士满意度、住院患者满意度均高于磁性医院相关数据库均值。结论护理专业实践模型的实施能增加本院实习生录用率,减少护理不良事件的发生、增加护患满意度,对磁性医院建设产生积极作用。

Objective To develop nursing professional practice model and explore its effects on magnet hospital construction. Methods The core team was established,and nursing professional practice model was developed based on standard of International Magnet Recognition Program. Nursing practices were guided by the developed model： leading clinical nurses to participate in nursing management and decision making,implementing primary holistic nursing,encouraging muhidisciplinary collaboration,developing healthy work environment,promoting nursing professionalism,and fostering nursing culture. Results After two years＇ implementation,employment rate of interior interns was increased from 50.20% to 72.30%（ge=22.879,P〈0.05）. Nursing adverse events,nurses＇ job satisfaction, patient satisfaction met standard of magnet recognition. Conclusion Nursing professional practice model can in- crease employment rate of interior interns,decrease nursing adverse events,improve nurses＇ and patients＇ satisfac- tion,which has positive impacts on magnet hospital construction.
