即时通讯软件在高职儿科护理对分课堂教学中的应用 被引量:6

The effects of communication software together with presentation-assimilation-discussion class used in the Pediatric Nursing in a higher vocational school

摘要 目的探讨即时通讯软件在高职儿科护理对分课堂教学中的应用效果。方法随机选取2014级护理专业1个班级学生(n=51),在儿科护理课程对分课堂教学中应用即时通讯软件。通过通讯软件分享课程相关信息、布置作业及互动沟通,对分课堂流程分为讲授、内化吸收和讨论3个环节。采用自主学习能力量表以及教学效果问卷对学生进行调查。结果教学后学生自主学习能力总分及各维度得分均高于教学前(P<0.01);学生认为即时通讯软件结合对分课堂能提高学习效果(76.4%)、提高学习兴趣(90.2%)、提高学习主动性(88.2%)、促进知识的深入理解(84.3%),对此教学模式持肯定态度,希望未来继续使用(80.3%)。结论即时通讯软件支持下的对分课堂有助于培养学生自主学习能力、提高教学效果,在高职儿科护理课程教学中应用具有可行性。 Objective To evaluate the effects of communication software together with presentation-assimilation- discussion class in the Pediatric Nursing in a higher vocational school. Methods One class of grade 2014 was randomly selected and was taught by the communication software together with presentation-assimilation-discussion class in Pediatric Nursing. Through communication software,the information sharing,assignments and communication were conducted. While with the presentation-assimilation-discussion class,presentation,assimilation and discussion were implemented. The teaching outcomes were evaluated by the questionnaires of students' self-directed learning ability and satisfaction form. Results The total score of self-directed learning ability and scores of each dimension were significantly higher than those of before the new teaching method initiated (P〈0.05).Most students agreed that the new teaching model could improve learning effectiveness(76.4%),enhance learning enthusiasm(90.2%)and initiative (88.2%),and contribute to a deeper understanding of the learning contens (84.3%). About 80.3% students hold a positive attitude towards the new teaching model and hope to continue this model in the future. Conclusion The communication software together with presentation-assimilation-discussion class can improve the self-directed learning ability and the teaching effects. It is applicable in teaching of Pediatric Nursing.
