摘要 老年护理临床思维综合训练课程是我校本科老年护理专业方向模块课程中的一门特色课程,由学校与养老机构合作设计开发。该课程以培养学生的老年护理临床思维为目标,理论教学以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)为载体,自编老年护理特色案例;实践教学包括情境模拟和社会实践2种形式;采用"平时表现"与"终末考核"相结合的方式对学生进行考核。通过问卷调查对课程进行评价反馈,86%的学生对本门课程整体比较满意。今后将继续对课程内容、课程目标、教学形式进行深入思考、合理修订,体现一定的深度和高度;继续加强对校外教师教育教学能力的培养和提升;继续完善教学资料的整理与编写,凸显老年护理特色。 Comprehensive critical thinking training course of gerontological nursing is one of the characteristic curriculums which prepared for the gerontological speciality in our school. This course was developed by the school together with the agency of elderly care. This course aimed to cultivate students" clinical thinking in elderly care. It was taught based on the problem-based learning and materials were those charateristic cases developed by the teaching team. The practice teaching included two forms which were scenario simulation and social practice.The students were examined through the combination of"usual performance" and "final performance". Students' satisfac- tion was surveyed by the questionnaire. There were 86% students who were satisfied with the course arrangement.In the future,we will continue to think over and revise the contents,objectives and teaching methods. We will contin- ue to strengthen the training of part-time teachers' ability of teaching. Besides,the teaching materials will also be improved and revised to reflect the characteristics of the gerontological nursing.
