摘要 目的探讨"3+2"高职护理专业学生情绪智力水平及共情能力现状,并探讨两者的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、情绪智力量表以及杰弗逊共情量表-护理专业学生专用版对321名"3+2"高职护理专业学生进行问卷调查。结果 "3+2"护理高职生情绪智力条目均分为(3.83±0.81)分,处于较好水平;是否为学生干部在情绪智力得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生共情能力得分为(113.34±19.86)分,处于中等水平。相关分析显示情绪智力越高,共情能力越强(P<0.05)。结论护理教育者可采取针对性的措施来进一步提高"3+2"护理高职生情绪智力水平,以提高其综合素养使其更加适应临床需求。 Objective To investigate the status of emotional intelligence and empathy and to test the correlation between them of "3+2" higher vocational nursing students. Methods A total of 321 higher vocational nursing students were investigated with the emotional intelligence scale and the Jefferson Scale of Empathy for Nursing Students. Results The average score of emotional intelligence was (3.83±0.81). There were statistically differences between the students who were class leader and those who were not (P〈0.05). The overall score of empathy was (113.34±19.86),and was at an average level. Correlation analysis showed that the higher the students' emotional intelligence was,the stronger the empathy ability they had (P〈O.05). Conclusion Nursing educators should take measures to further improve their emotional intelligence and empathy ability to meet the clinical needs.
