美国游乐设施事故统计分析研究

Statistical Analysis Research of Amusement Ride Accidents in America

本文对Saferparks数据库中近1.5万起美国游乐设施事故的分布情况、事故类型、事故原因以及乘客年龄分布等方面进行了多角度统计分析研究,并从法规标准、设备、人员三个方面提出了安全措施和事故预防建议。结果表明,2000~2002年为事故的高发期,且80%的游乐设施事故发生在新泽西州、加利佛尼亚州、德克萨斯州。游乐园设施事故明显多于娱乐休闲设施和水上乐园设施,运行阶段是事故频发阶段,而伤亡乘客的年龄主要集中在7~13岁。此次统计分析的研究结果为我国游乐设施的安全管理和事故预防提供了研究依据和数据支撑。

About 15000 amusement ride accidents in America included in Saferparks Database were investigated and discussed in terms of distribution, accident type, accident cause, and the age of passengers. The safety measures and accident prevention suggestions were given in the aspects of laws and regulations, equipment, and personnel respectively. The results showed that the highest frequencies of the accidents were between 2000 - 2002 years, and 80% of the accident happened in New Jersey, California and Texas. Accidents were more happened in amusement park equipment than water park equipment and recreation equipment, and accidents mainly concentrate on the active part of the amusement experience. Furthermore, passengers with the age from 7 to 13 were the main victim. The results could provide data evidences for security management and accident prevention of our country amusement ride accidents.
