浅析瓶装液化石油气调压器气密性检测方法和检测装置的设计

摘要 本文对瓶装液化石油气调压器的基本结构和运行原理进行深入分析,阐述了产生不完全燃烧甚至是气体泄漏的几个途径,针对性地提出了调压器气密性的检测原理,并在现有检测标准的基础上作了进一步改良,提出了自己的检测思路和方法。最后,以此为依据设计了一款自动化气密性检测装置,应用于日常出厂检验或监督检验,以防止出现由于产品质量不过关而导致液化气泄漏、中毒甚至是爆炸等特种设备事故。 This thesis analyzes the basic structure and operation principle of pressure regulator for liquefied petroleum gas cylinders in-depth, expounds several ways of the incomplete combustion or even gas leakage, puts forward the detection principle of air tightness for the pressure regulator, and makes a further improvement based on the existing detection standard, proposes detection method. Finally, in order to design an automatic air tightness detection device for the daily inspection or supervision inspection, to prevent the emergence of liquefied petroleum gas leakage, poisoning and explosion accident of special equipment caused by the poor quality products.
