摘要
培养青年教师是学校保持稳定可持续发展的重要工作之一,学校要研究青年教师在成长阶段的特性,改革传统的培养模式,建立有效的工作机制保证青年教师的健康成长,探讨研究培养青年教师的创新模式。
Cultivating young teachers is one of the important work to realize the sustainable development of schools.Schools should research the characteristics of growth stage of young teachers,reform the traditional cultivation model and establish an effective work mechanism,ensure the healthy growth of young teachers and explore the innovative model to cultivate young teachers.
