浅析高职院校“工作室制”工学结合人才培养模式建设

Brief Analysis on Construction of Talents Cultivation Mode of “Studio System” Work-learning Combination in Higher Vocational College

"工作室"一词最早源于西方艺术创作领域的"作坊",是艺术家从事职业活动的基本单位,是文艺复兴时期艺术家们从事艺术创作、组织艺术品生产和销售以及培养未来艺术家的中心。后来,以"作坊"为雏形,"工作室"这种更适合潜心创作和研究、将艺术创作与技艺传授有机结合的特色教育形式逐渐形成并发展起来,进入21世纪的全球化知识经济时代,在职业教育与培训领域以"工作室制"为基础发展起来的高技能人才工学结合培养模式有了更加丰富的内涵。该研究以天津青年职业学院"云尚视觉"工作室为例,浅谈了工作室建设思路及面向学院计算机图像类专业群的"工作室制"人才培养模式建设情况,以期为相近专业的人才培养工作提供参考。

Originating from ＂workshop＂in the art creation field in the western countries,＂studio＂was once the basic unit for artists to engage in vocational activities and a center for artists in the period of the Renaissance to engage in art creation,organize the production and sales of artworks and cultivate future artists.Later,with ＂workshop＂and the prototype,＂studio＂as a characteristic education form more suitable for the devoted creation and research and combining art creation with passing on skills organically has been gradually formed and developed.Since the times of globalized knowledge economy in the 21 st century,in the field of vocational education and training,the work-learning combination cultivation mode of high-skill talents developed based on ＂studio system＂has had richer contents.With the studio ＂Cloud Vision＂of Tianjin Youth Professional College,this paper briefly discusses the construction concept of the studio and the construction of＂studio system＂talents cultivation mode facing the computer image professional group in the college,and it is hoped to provide reference for the talents cultivation work of the similar majors.
