从人肉搜索侵权现象出发,调查福建省邵武市关于人肉搜索的情况,从人肉搜索的现状、我国相关立法之不足、人肉搜索侵权的保护出发,对人肉搜索引擎机制未来合理发展提出意见。

The situation of cyber manhunt in Shaowu,Fujian Province is investigated from the phenomenon of cyber manhunt infringement,and opinions on the future reasonable development of cyber manhunt engine mechanism are proposed from the current situation of cyber manhunt,shortcomings of relevant legislations of China and the protection against cyber manhunt infringement.
