光卤石矿床钻井水溶开采应用研究 被引量:1

The Application Research of Drilling Solution Mining for the Carnallite Deposits

摘要 国内光卤石矿物资源及其开采技术均不足,随着境外光卤石矿资源的获得,光卤石矿开采方法已成为我国钾盐开发"走出去"所面临的一大技术难题。根据光卤石矿床的地质特点并结合刚果盆地内某光卤石矿项目实例,就该类矿床采用钻井水溶法开采的适应性,以及与传统采矿法相比的经济合理性等进行了较为详尽的论证,结果表明,钻井水溶法开采可大幅减少矿山基建投资、缩短基建时间、增加可采深度、节约尾盐处理成本,而且采矿作业环境好、安全性高,值得在境外钾盐资源开发中创新应用。 Due to the lack of carnallite resources and related techniques in China, the development of carnallite mining technologyhas been becoming a great challenge in our way of "going out" for exploitation of potassium resources with the acquisition of o-verseas carnallite resources. Based on the geological characteristics of carnallite deposit and a carnallite project in Congo Basin,the adaptation of drilling solution mining was discussed in detail for carnallite resources, as well as the economic rationalitycompared with the traditional mining methods. The results showed that the drilling solution mining could greatly reduce the in-frastructure investment and construction period, improve the exploitable depth and save the tailings handling costs, with betterworking conditions and higher security, which was worth an innovative application in overseas potassium resources exploitation.
