分级尾砂+戈壁集料在杜达铅锌矿的工业应用试验研究 被引量:17

Industrial Application Study on the Classified Tailings and Gobi Aggregate in Duda Lead-zinc Mine

摘要 杜达铅锌矿全尾砂为极细尾砂并且含S量高,全尾砂不能作为单一的充填集料进行充填,否则后期强度会出现崩解的现象,并且采矿方法对早期强度要求也较高。通过对充填骨料的物理化学试验分析、流动性能试验分析以及强度配比试验研究,决定采用分级尾砂+粗骨料(戈壁集料或废石等)作为充填料进行充填。在充填料浆的配方选择上,首先保证料浆流动性以及充填料浆强度符合要求,其次兼顾各充填料的产、消平衡关系。最终选择的充填料浆配方完全能满足现场工业应用,充填料浆浓度高、不脱水、不离析、流平性好。 The unclassified tailings in Duda Lead-zinc Mine is very fine and has a high sulphur content, which could not be used to fill as a single filling aggregate. If not, the later strength will be disintegrated. Besides, the mining method has a higher re- quirement for early strength. So, some studies were conducted, including the physical and chemical analysis of filling aggre- gate, the flow performance analysis and the ratio tests for strength research. Through these studies, it was decided to use the classified tailings and coarse aggregate (Gobi aggregate or waste rock, etc.) as the filling material. In the choice of filling slurry ratio, it was needed to firstly ensure the fluidity and the strength of filling slurry to meet the requirements, then to consider the production and consumption balance of each filling material. The final choice ratio of filling slurry could totally meet the indus- trial applications, with high slurry concentration, no dehydration, no segregation and good fluidity.
