Optimal Design on the Controller of Mine Belt Conveyor Based on ARM

摘要 针对当前煤矿带式输送机控制器存在的智能化程度低、体积大和通信落后的问题,基于ARM微处理器LPC1788,设计了矿用带式输送机综合控制器。详细介绍了该控制器的系统架构、硬件电路设计以及软件实现方式。该控制器采用了嵌入式技术、CAN现场总线技术以及WiFi无线通信技术,不仅能够实现矿用带式输送机的保护和集控功能,还能减少工作面布线,降低了现场设备维护难度,提高了自动化水平。 Aimed at the existing problems of controller for belt conveyor in coal mine, such as low intellectualization, large vol-ume and outdated telecommunication, the integrated controller of mine belt conveyor was designed based on LPC1788 of ARMmicroprocessor. Then, the system architecture, the hardware circuit design and the software implementation of this controllerwere introduced in detail. The controller with an embedded technology, CAN field bus technology and WiFi wireless communi-cation technology not only realized the protection and centralized control function of mine belt conveyor, but also reduced thewiring of working face and the difficulty of equipment maintenance, as well as improve the level of automation.
