摘要
矿山运输电机车动力电机工作在恶劣的矿井条件下,其质量对电机车安全运行有直接影响,而负载性能是衡量电机质量的核心技术指标。针对动力电机负载性能进行试验研究,提出并建立了交流回馈加载试验系统,并利用LabVIEW软件实现数据的自动采集。试验结果显示,本系统加载稳定性好,加载精度高,节能效果明显,节能率可达到70%以上,目前已在检测实验室得到了应用,且具有较好的应用前景。
For the power motor for mine transport vehicle working in poor mine conditions, its quality directly affects the safeoperation of electric locomotive. And the load performance is the core technical index to assess motor quality. Therefore, theexperimental study on load performance of power motor was conducted. An AC feedback load test system was proposed and es-tablished. As well as the test data was automatically collected by LabVIEW software. The results showed that the system hadthe good loading stability, high loading accuracy and obvious energy saving effect with an energy saving rate of over 70%,which had been applied in the testing laboratory and had a good application Prospect.
