中药黄酮类化合物抗糖尿病作用机制研究述评

Review on anti-diabetic mechanism of herbs flavonoids

糖尿病因其发病率高、并发症多,且致残致死率高而备受关注。近年来,中医药防治糖尿病的研究取得了可喜的成绩,尤其是黄酮类化合物,其降糖、降脂、改善胰岛素抵抗的作用比较显著。但其品种多、成分复杂,造成科研成果广而不精,临床应用较少。文章针对中药黄酮类化合物,从有效成分详细剖析其研究进展,并做简要评论,以便为广大学者深入研究提供参考。

Because of high incidence and complication rate of diabetes,it has be paid attention in recent years. Chinese medicine research has made gratifying achievements in prevention and treatment of diabetes,especially herbs flavonoids,its mechanism gradually been elucidated in significant hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering,and improving insulin resistance. But the large and complex components of flavonoids varieties resulted in broad extravagant research,also were less in the clinical application. So the article would provide detailed analysis for the perspective of the flavonoids research in progress composition,and become a brief reference for the next in-depth study.
