摘要
目的提炼中医药治疗病毒性角膜炎的备选新方及药物。方法检索CBM、CNKI、VIP、Wanfang data等国内中文数据库中医药治疗病毒性角膜炎的内服方药,运用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)软件进行逐一录入并进行数据处理,对筛选出治疗病毒性角膜炎的方剂进行用药频次、药物组合及备选新方等分析。结果筛选出符合要求的361首治疗病毒性角膜炎的处方,确定处方中药物出现频次、3味新方核心药物与3首备选新方。结论治疗病毒性角膜炎应以清热解毒、清肝明目为主要治法,所获备选处方主要适用于正虚邪恋型、湿热蕴蒸型、肝火炽盛型病毒性角膜炎,其具体疗效仍需经临床实践加以验证。
Objective To find out new traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） alternative formulas and herbs for viral keratitis.Methods Chinese Databases like CBM,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang data were searched to determine TCM formulas and herbs for viral keratitis. All the data were inputted into TCM Inheritance Support System（ TCMISS）（ 2. 5） and analyzed. The selected formulas were analyzed to determine the frequency and combination of herbs,and the new formulas were determined. Results There were361 formulas for viral keratitis selected,and the frequency of herbs was determined. There were 3 core herbs of the formulas and3 new alternative formulas. Conclusion The main method treatment of viral keratitis should be clearing away heat and toxic material liver eyesight. The selected prescriptions are mainly applicable to deficient vital QI leading to lingering of pathogen type,damp steaming type,intense liver fire type. The specific effects still need to be verified by clinical practice.
