The preparation and application of partial terms of GB 50952- 2013 to develop Technical Code for Lightning Protection Engineering for Rurd Residential Areas are interpreted, requirements are proposed including ＂general rural residential lightning protection buildings＂ and estimated lightning time 0. 013 time per year are proposed; mandatory terms are explain and rolling radiuses of ＂general rural residential lightning protection building＂ are determined.
