子宫动脉栓塞术联合宫腔镜下清宫术对剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠的疗效

The Effect of Uterine Arterial Embolization Combined With Hysteroscopic Ultrasonography on Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)联合宫腔镜下清宫术对剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠(CSP)的疗效。方法回顾性分析70例CSP患者临床资料,根据是否行UAE将患者分为对照组和观察组;分析比较两组患者治疗成功率、手术情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者手术时间与住院时间均比对照组短,出血量比对照组少,治疗成功率比对照组高,并发症发生率比对照组低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 UAE应用于CSP具有良好的临床效果,能改善患者围手术期指标,且患者并发症少,恢复快,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the effect of UAE combined with hysteroscopy on CSP. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with CSP were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into two groups according to whether UAE was peHbrmed. The success rate, operation and incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results Compared with control group, the patients in observation group had shorter operation time and hospitalization time, less bleeding, higher treatment success rate and lower complication rate, and the differences were all statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion UAE has a good clinical effect on CSP, can improve the perioperative index of patients and has few complications, quick recovery, sale and reliable.
