闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的疗效观察

The Curative Effect Observation of Closed Reduction With Kirschner Wire Fracture Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Pediatric Supracondylar Humerus

目的探讨闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年1月进行闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗的儿童共45例作为观察组,选取2014年6月—2015年12月采用小切口手术治疗的儿童35例作为对照组,观察两组患者的优良率,手术时间,并发症情况。结果观察组患者临床优良率91.11%,高于对照组77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者发生肘内翻、肘外翻、神经损伤、骨化性肌炎等比较,观察组总发生率6.67%,低于对照组患者25.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者发生肘内翻、肘外翻、神经损伤、骨化性肌炎等比较,观察组总发生率6.67%,低于对照组患者25.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折临床效果比较满意,术后并发症较少。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of fracture by closed reduction and kirschner wire internal fixation in the treatment of pediatric supracondylar humerus. Methods 45 cases of children the closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation for the treatment as the observation group in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017, 35 cases of children with using small incision surgical treatment as the control group from June 2014 to December 2015, the excellent rate of observation, the two groups of patients with operation time, complications the situation. Results The observation group of patients with clinical good rate of 91.11%, significantly higher than 77.14% in the control group, there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, two patients occurred cubitus varus, cubitus valgus, nerve injury, myositis ossificans, observation group the total incidence rate of 6.67%, significantly lower than the control group 25.71%, there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Two groups of patients with elbow varus, elbow valgus, nerve damage, myositis ossificans, compared with the observation group, the total incidence was 6.67%, significantly lower than the control group, 25.71%, there was statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Closed reduction and percutaneous kirschner wire fixation for supracondylar fracture of humerus in children with satisfactory clinical effect, less postoperative complications.
