米氮平辅以心理干预治疗创伤后应激障碍的效果分析

Efficacy of Mirtazapine Combined With Psychological Intervention in the Treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder

目的探讨米氮平与心理干预联合治疗创伤后应激障碍的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的创伤后应激障碍患者50例,对照组采用米氮平单一治疗,观察组采用米氮平+心理干预联合治疗;对比分析两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,且HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米氮平联合心理干预治疗创伤后应激障碍疗效确切,对改善患者心理状态极为有益。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mirtazapine combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of posttraumatie stress disorder. Methods Fifty patients with posttraumatic stress disorder were enrolled in this study. The patients were treated with monazepam and monotherapy in the control group. The effect of combined treatment was observed in the observation group. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and HAMA, HAMD score were significantly lower than the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mirtazapine combined with psychological intervention is effective in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder, which is very beneficial to improve the mental state of patients and has important clinical value.
