自拟补肾方内外合治老年性阴道炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Senile Vaginitis With Oral and External Use of Self-made Bushen Decoction

目的探讨自拟补肾方内服加自拟外洗方治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法 2015年1—12月我社区卫生服务中心妇科门诊收治老年性阴道炎患者60例,随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组30例口服自拟补肾汤,外用自拟外洗方治疗。对照组30例用己烯雌酚片配甲硝唑栓阴道给药。对两组临床疗效进行分析。结果观察组愈显率56.67%,总有效率93.33%,优于对照组(P<0.05),经过6个月的随访,观察组5例复发,对照组29例复发。两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年性阴道炎,联合自拟补肾方内服加自拟外洗方的治疗临床效果好,复发率低,是一种安全、可靠、便捷的治疗方法。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional self- made Bushen decoction and self-made external washing recipe in treating senile vaginitis. Methods From January to December 2015, 60 cases of senile vaginitis patients in gynecological clinic of our community health service center were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. In the observation group, 30 cases were treated with self-made Bushen decoction and self-made external washing recipe. In the control group, 30 cases were treated with vaginal administration of diethylstilbestrol tablets and metronidazole suppositories. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed. Results The markedly effective rate of the observation group was 56.67%, the total effective rate was 93.33%, which were better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After 6 months of follow-up, 5 cases were recurred in the observation group and 29 cases were recurred in the control group. The difference between two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For senile vaginitis, the self-made Bushen decoction and the self-made external washing recipe have low recurrence rate and a good clinical efficacy. It is a safe, reliable and convenient method of treatment.
