摘要
目的研讨甲亢合并糖尿病患者应用护理干预对手术效果的影响。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月在本院治疗的甲亢并糖尿病患者88例为研究对象,分成观察组和对照组,每组44例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用护理干预方法。对比两组手术前后的评分结果及术后7天的心理状况。结果观察组患者焦虑量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理效果总有效率94.45%,高于对照组79.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲亢合并糖尿病患者应用护理干预对手术疗效有很好的促进作用,有效减少并发症的发生率。
Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on the operation effect of hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes meUitus. Methods From April 2016 to April 2017, 88 patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes in our hospital were selected as the subjects, they were divided into observation group and control group, 44 cases in each group, control group was treated with routine nursing care, observation group was treated with nursing intervention. Scores of the two groups before and after the operation and the psychological condition of the 7 days after operation were compared. Results The anxiety score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.45%, higher than that of the control group 79.55%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes can promote the curative effect and reduce the incidence of complications effectively.
