Nursing Experience on Pulmonary Cryptococcosis Patients Treated With Local Drug Delivery Through Thyrocricocentesis Cannulation

目的探讨经环甲膜穿刺留置导管注药治疗肺隐球菌病的疗效及其护理措施。方法观察2009年12月—2014年12月经环甲膜穿刺留置导管注药治疗我科14例肺隐球菌病的治疗效果,总结护理措施对疗效的影响。结果 14例患者经有效的术前心理疏导,提高患者经环甲膜穿刺留置导管治疗的顺从性;术中严密监测不良反应,本组患者置管后3例出现不同程度的皮下气肿。无特殊处理,症状自行减轻和好转。结论经环甲膜局部定时多次注药治疗肺隐球菌病,使药物充分渗透于病灶局部,增强了杀菌效果,同时促进了痰液引流和排出,有助于支气管黏膜的修复,而导管留置期间的良好护理是治疗成功的关键。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing experience on pulmonary cryptococcosis patients treated with local drug delivery through thyrocricocentesis cannulation. Methods The effect of local drug delivery through thyrocricocentesis cannulatio on 14 patients with pulmonary cryptococcosis in our department from December 2009 to December 2014 were observed, influence of the nursing measures on the therapeutic effect was summarized. Results Through effective preoperative psychological counseling for 14 cases, the compliance of patients with indwelling catheter during the treatment of the cricothyroid puncture was improved, adverse reactions during the operation was closely monitored, the 3 cases of subcutaneous emphysema after catheter, symptoms relieved without special treatment. Conclusion Pulmonary cryptococcosis patients treated with local drug delivery through thyrocricocentesis cannulation, drug can fully penetrate in local lesions, enhance the sterilization effect, while promote sputum drainage and discharge, help to repair the bronchial mucosa, and good nursing care during treatment is the key to success.
