柠檬联合穴位敷贴防治甲状腺全麻术后恶心呕吐的应用研究

Application of Lemon Combined With Acupoint Application in the Prevention and Treatment of Nausea and Vomiting After General Anesthesia of Thyroid Gland

目的观察柠檬联合穴位敷贴对甲状腺全麻术后恶心呕吐的影响。方法将符合标准甲状腺术后患者134例,通过随机数字表法分为4组,A组为空白对照(35例)、B组(34例)使用穴位敷贴、C组(32例)使用柠檬、D组(33例)使用穴位敷贴+柠檬组。观察4组患者在不同护理干预手段下术后恶心呕吐的严重程度。结果 A组与D组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P=0.001;B组与D组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P=0.017;C组与A组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P=0.005。D组呕吐严重程度明显低于其他3组患者。结论通过联合应用穴位敷贴、柠檬外皮气味吸入的护理方法,能有效地降低甲状腺术后患者恶心呕吐的发生,减轻恶心呕吐严重程度。

Objective To observe the effect of lemon combined with aeupoint application on nausea and vomiting after general anesthesia of thyroid gland. Methods 134 patients were performed the standard thyroidectomy, they were divided into 4 groups by random number table, group A was blank control group（35 cases）, group B （34 cases） was given acupoint application, group C （32 patients） was given lemon, group D （33 patients） was given acupoint application ＋ lemon. The severity of postoperative nausea and vomiting among 4 groups of patients under different nursing interventions was observed. Results The difference between group A and group D was statistically significant, P=0.001. The difference between group B and group D was statistically significant, P=0.017. The difference between group C and group A was statistically significant, P=-0.005. The severity of vomiting in group D was lower than that of the other 3 groups. Conclusion The method of combined application of aeupoint application and inhalation of lemon peel odor can effectively reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting and reduce the severity of nausea and vomiting after thyroidectomy.
