3D打印的版权风险及风险防御探索

摘要 3D打印在其巨大创新潜能的背后是诸多潜在的版权风险,这将制约3D打印的发展。在利益衡量原则的指导下,文章认为采用公共政策制定的"预防性原则"和"无限制创新原则",结合"事前采取预防措施,在利益衡量原则的指导下,通过分析公共政策的制定原则,事中控制损失扩大,事后总结防范同类风险"的"三步走"策略,是防范3D打印版权风险的可行之道。
