颈椎复式间歇拔伸对颈型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Cervical Multiple Intermittent Stretching in Treatment of Neck Type Cervical Spondylosis

目的:观察颈椎复式间歇拔伸治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将60例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用颈椎复式间歇拔伸配合常规推拿治疗,对照组仅采用常规推拿治疗,治疗6次后评定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组左侧旋转、右侧旋转、后伸改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颈椎复式间歇拔伸结合常规推拿治疗颈型颈椎病疗效较好。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of cervical multiple intermittent stretching for neck type cervical spondylosis. Methods： 60 cases of patients with neck type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, the treatment group treated with cervical multiple intermittent stretching combined with conventional massage therapy, while control group only with conventional massage, evaluated the efficacy after 6 times of treatment. Results： The overall response rate of treatment group was 90.0%, which was significantly higher than 70.0% that of control group （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the improvement of left rotation, right rotation and posterior extension were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy of cervical multiple intermittent stretching combined with conventional massage is effective in treatment of neck type cervical spondylosis.
