摘要
为了加强护患关系,提高服务质量,减少护理纠纷的发生,全面、认真、客观的分析了我科近几年发生护患纠纷的原因及采取的相应防范对策。提出了改善服务态度,加强职业道德教育,规范护士行为,完善管理,提高技术水平,加强护患沟通,提高护士法律意识,是减少护患纠纷的关键。
In order to strengthen the relationship between nurses and patients, improve service quality, reduce the incidence of nursing disputes, comprehensive, carefully and objectively analyze the corresponding countermeasures of nurse patient disputes and the reasons of our department in recent years. Put forward to improve the service attitude, strengthen the professional ethics education,standardize the behavior of nurses, improve management, improve the level of technology, strengthen nurse patient communication, improve the legal consciousness of nurses,It is the key to reduce the dispute between nurses and patients.
