优质护理应用于剖宫产手术的临床效果分析

Application of High-Quality Nursing in Caesarean Section: Analysis on Its Clinical Effect

目的:探讨优质护理在剖宫产手术中的应用价值。方法:将120例剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组与对照组各60例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,比较两组产妇的满意度、手术情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产手术实施优质护理能够取得良好效果,提高产妇的满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the value of high-quality nursing in caesarean section. Methods： 120 cases of parturient women who received caesarean section were randomly divided into observation group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）, the control group accepted conventional nursing, while observation group received high-quality nursing, compared the satisfaction, operation conditions and incidence of complications. Results： The nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, and operation time, intraoperative blood loss and complications incidence were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The implementation of high-quality nursing in caesarean section can achieve great effect and improve the satisfaction of parturient women, which deserves clinical promotion.
