摘要
当今世界工业废水污染问题日益突出,染料污染物已成为主要的水体污染源。膨胀石墨作为新型碳材料,具有表面积大、结构疏松多孔、吸附能力强等特点,在染料污染物和废水处理方面,发挥着显著作用。本文对膨胀石墨的制备工艺进行了研究,同时分析了pH值、吸附温度、染料溶液初始浓度和膨胀石墨用量等因素对甲基橙吸附性能的影响。研究表明:升高吸附温度、增大染料溶液初始浓度等可以有效提高膨胀石墨的吸附性能,为膨胀石墨对污水处理的应用提供理论指导。
The pollution problem of industrial wastewater in the world has become increasingly prominent, and dye pollutants have become the main source of water pollution. Expanded graphite as a new type of carbon materi- al, with a large surface area, loose structure, porous, adsorption capacity and other characteristics, in the dye con- taminants and wastewater treatment, play a significant role. In this paper, the preparation process of expanded graphite was systematically studied. The effects of pH value, adsorption temperature, concentration of dye solution and the amount of expanded graphite on the adsorption performance of methyl orange were analyzed. The results show that increasing the adsorption temperature and increasing the concentration of dye solution can improve the adsorption performance of the expanded graphite and provide theoretical guidance for the application of expanded graphite in wastewater treatment.
