新型正电调堵剂的制备与性能评价

摘要 本文主要介绍以一甲胺、氯代十六烷、1,3-二氯丙烷为原料聚合得212-型正电调堵剂,然后加入分子链调节剂十二烷基硫醇控制聚合度而得212-型正电调堵剂。该调堵剂富余正电,能够改变强水洗岩石的电负性,从而充分截留地层中残余聚合物,避免聚合物无效循环并降低后续油水处理的难度和成本;具有较好的选择性能,通过改变水相渗透率来实现选择性封堵。 In this paper, we mainly introduce the 212- positive type plugging agent which is prepared by us- ing methylamine, cbloro sixteen alkyl, 1,3-, and two propane as raw materials. And the 212- positive charge ad- justing agent was obtained by adding the molecular chain regulator to control the polymerization degree. The agent can change the surplus is positive and the strong electro negativity of washing the rock. So as to fully retain the residual polymer in formation of polymer and avoid invalid circulation and reduce the difficulty and cost of subse- quent water treatment. It has good performance by changing the permeability to achieve selective plugging.
