Research on evaluation method of synergetic degree in the IUR synergy process

对产学研协同过程的协同效果进行评价是有效促进产学研各个领域持续发展的关键,文章对比分析了其中两种常用的测定协同度的方法——复合系统协调度模型、灰色关联模型。复合系统协调度模型是用系统现有状态有序度相比基点状态有序度的进步程度来衡量系统的协同度,灰色关联模型可以有效衡量区域现有状态与理想状态的差距。

It is the key point to promote the sustainable development of IUR to evaluate the synergy effect of IUR collaboration process. Therefore 2 main methods of measuring synergy degree are compared： model of composite system coordinating degree, and grey relational model.The first model is used to measure the synergy degree by comparing the order of the existing state with that of the basic point. The second model can effectively measure the gap between the existing status of the region and the ideal status.
