科技的发展带来了新媒体技术的全民应用,在这样一个"新"背景下,新媒体技术给高校社团建设带来了不一样的方式和手段,也成了高校社团成员创新能力提升的一个重要因素。文章从新媒体环境对高校社会管理的影响和新媒体环境下高校社团管理对学生创新能力提升的促进以及"新媒体+创新型社团"模式下高职院校学生创新能力提升程度3个方面探讨了高职院校在新媒体技术背景下创新型社团对其成员创新能力提升的作用。

The development of science and technology has brought the whole application of new media technology.Under such a ＂new＂ background, the new media technology has brought different ways and means to the construction of college student organizations, and has become the important factor to promote the innovation ability of the members. This paper discusses the impact of the new media environment on the social management of colleges and universities, the promotion of the innovation ability of college students in the new media environment, and the promotion degree of the innovation ability of college students in the mode of ＂new media ＋ innovation organization.
