摘要
8D方法又称团队导向问题解决方法,是由福特公司建立的处理问题的一种方法,是质量改进活动中常用的方法之一。文章对传统8D方法的改进进行了粗浅探讨,并结合X公司的CT机架底座焊接件的质量改进活动实例来介绍改进型8D方法的实际应用流程。
8D process, also known as the team oriented problem solving method, is a method of dealing with problems established by Ford Motor Co. in order to carry out the quality improvement activities in medical device production. This paper discusses the improvement of the traditional 8D process and introduces an example from X company about how to improve welding process of CT basement.
