民用飞机驾驶舱第二观察员座椅相关设计考虑与适航技术研究

Design considerations and airworthiness research on the 2nd observer seat of civil aircraft cockpit

文章通过对适航条款、咨询通告、航空公司实际运行情况和相似机型对比等方面进行分析解读,明确了监察员座椅与第二观察员座椅在功能、职责、适航要求等方面的区别与联系,对民用飞机驾驶舱第二观察员座椅进行了定义。同时,对第二观察员座椅及相关设备的"安全性、功能性、舒适性"三方面设计考虑给出了具体建议。文章对民用飞机驾驶舱人机工效设计具有实际参考意义,也对相关的适航验证提供了思路和帮助。

Difference and connections of functions, responsibilities and airworthiness requirements between supervisor seat and second observer seat are classified by analyzing the airworthiness regulations, advisory circulars,airlines＇ operational conditions and comparing of competitive types. The 2nd observer seat of civil aircraft cockpit is defined in this paper. Meanwhile, the design considerations and specific recommendations are given from the aspect of ＂safety, functionality, comfort＂ for the design of second observer seat and associated equipment. This paper provides a practical reference for the ergonomics design of civil aircraft cockpit, and some ideas could be helpful guidance to airworthiness verification.
