农业院校辅导员职业能力提升对策探讨

Disscuss on improvement of professional capability of agriculrural college counselor

辅导员是高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,也是从事思想政治和心理健康的服务者,具有大学生引路人和知心朋友的双重身份。农科类大学生在新时代下衍生出了很多与高等院校培养目标不一致的特点,对辅导员队伍建设提出了更高的要求。文章以湖南农业大学农科类学院辅导员工作为例,基于分析农科类学生思想政治工作的难点和需求视角,结合辅导员队伍现状,提出了辅导员要具备专业素质,把工作落实到学生心坎上,从专业思想、专业学习、专业职业三方面牢固学生专业思想,提高学生专业素质的观点。

As one of the important roles of teachers＇ team and management team in colleges, Counselors are serving the ideological and political and mental health service. They are the guide and friends of college students. Agricultural college students in the new era, have derived from a lot of different characteristics from other universities and colleges, and put forward higher requirements for the construction of counselors compared with other majors. Based on the analysis of the difficulties and needs of the ideological and political work of the agricultural students and taking the work of the counselors of Hunan Agricultural University as an example, this paper puts forward that the counselors should have the professional quality and implement the work to the students, and improve the professional quality of students from the professional thinking, professional learning, professional career.
