摘要
以六水合氯化镍为镍源,采用化学法成功合成尺寸比较均一的镍线,并对其进行二氧化硅包裹。采用XRD、SEM和VSM对样品的结构、形貌和磁性能进行了表征,并对反应机理进行了探讨。研究表明:合成的样品以镍线为核心,外面包裹着非晶态的二氧化硅层。
Using NiCl2 · 6H2O as nickel sources, uniform size nickel wires were synthesized successfully by chemistry method. The structure, morphology and magnetic property of the samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and VSM, and the reaction mechanism was discussed. Results showed that the as-synthesized sample with nickel wire as the core and amorphous silicon dioxide layer as the shell.
