如何有效实现供电系统设计目的

摘要 在当前煤炭生产呈现采掘速度快,产量大,设备功率大,生产智能化的发展趋势下,采掘工作面的回收、搬家、备采工作面安装的频次也在不断加大,而每一次采掘工作面的搬家,备采工作面的安装前,必须要做好供电系统的设计工作。实践得出:科学有效的供电设计,应先设计供电系统图,并以原始资料为依据,初选采掘设备;以实地测算为依据,合理布置设备;以初步估算为依据,合理分配负荷;以经验计算为依据,合理布设电缆几方面进行综合设计。研究结果可为供电安全提供强有力的保障。 Modern coal production shows a trend of fast driving, large yield, high facility power, and intelligent production. The frequency of recovery, moving, and installation of working faces increases continuously. It is necessary to design thoroughly the power supply system before the moving of driving face and installation of new working face. The study shows that, firstly, we should draw the diagram of the power supply system and use original data to select equipment in order to realize a scientific and effective power supply design; then, we could arrange equipment based on the field measuring and calculating; thirdly, we could allot working load on the preliminary estimates; and finally, an integrated design could be realized on the experience calculation and reasonable layout of cables. The results could provide a guarantee for the security of the power supply system.
