Analysis and Measures on Frequent False Positive Alerts in Safety Monitoring System in Mines

针对冀中能源峰峰集团公司大淑村矿和羊东矿安全监控系统频繁误报的现状,通过系统分析研究,提出从严格执行相关制度规范要求、加强管理、加强员工教育培训、加强现场检查从而提高维护质量四个方面来降低误报频率,经过测试两矿监控误报次数显著下降。

False positive alerts occur frequently in the safety monitoring system in Dashuchun Mine and Yangdong Mine of Fengfeng Group, Jizhong Energy Group. On the systematic analy- sis, four measures were proposed to improve the maintenance quality and reduce the frequency of the false positive alerts： strictly implementing relative regulations, strengthening management, improving staff education and training, and reinforcing filed inspection. Tests have proved the significant reduction of the raise alerts in the two mines.
