生态文明建设下的土地整治工程实施模式初探

Exploration of Implementation Mode of Land Renoration Project Based on Ecological Civilization Construction

分析生态文明建设和土地整治工程内涵及其相互关系的基础上,进一步分析了现阶段土地整治工程对土壤、水环境、植被、生物和小气候等环境要素的影响,指出生态文明建设下土地整治工程应加强生态化土地整治理念,生态化土地整治工程技术的核心是土体有机重构,建议采用先进的生态景观建设理论与技术体系,土地整治应由单纯注重数量向质量、生态转变。

In the eighteen report of the Party, the ecological civilization construction has been placed in a prominent position, and the concept of ecological civilization has given new historical mission for land renovation project, so it was necessary to explore the im- plementation mode of land renovation project based on ecological civilization. Based on the analysis of connotation and relationship between ecological civilization construction and land renovation project, this paper made further analysis of the effects of land renova- tion project on the environmental factors such as soil, water environment, vegetation, biology and microclimate, and pointed out that land renovation project should strengthen ecological management concept based on ecological civilization construction. The core of e- cological land renovation project was the organic reconstruction of soil mass. At last, it was suggested that ecological land renovation project should adopt the advanced theory and technology system of ecological landscape construction, and realized the transformation of land renovation from focusing on quantity to quality and ecology.
