基于供给过程视角的湖南省农业供给体系供给质量评价

Evaluation about Supply Quality of Agricultural Supply System Based on Process Perspective in Hunan Province

农业供给质量不高是我国农业发展的突出问题。本文以农业大省湖南省为研究对象,基于供给过程视域,构建农业供给体系供给质量评价指标体系,对供给质量进行测度。并通过与沿海农业较发达省份和中部地区部分省份进行对比分析,寻找湖南省农业供给体系各供给环节存在的瓶颈。研究可为湖南省农业供给质量水平提升提供参考。

The poor quality of agricultural supply was the outstanding problem of agricultural development in China. Taking Hunan Province as the research object, based on process perspective, this paper designed the evaluation system of the quality in agricultural supply, and measured it. Meanwhile, it also compared with coastal provinces of which agriculture was relatively developed and some of middle provinces. The paper tried to find the bottlenecks in the supply link about agricultural supply system in Hunan Province and provided some references on elevating the quality of agricultural supply.
